The Ispahan Croissant from Pierre Hermé
Pierre Hermé, dubbed “The Picasso of Pastry” by Vogue Magazine might have produced one of the tastiest Croissant on earth. It’s called The Ispahan and based on what I’ve been reading around on the web, it’s the bomb. I’ll be flying back to good ol’ Paris next October and I think one of my first stop will be at Pierre Hermé’s shop and it won’t be for the Macarons! Well maybe I’ll tackle a couple of Macarons too… might as well.
Rose frangipane, raspberry jam and litchi! Sounds good to me.
